Eligibility
1. The promoter of this campaign is Rohanna Pty Ltd ACN 008 905 477 (as trustee for The Skippers Unit Trust) trading as John Hughes Group, of 49 Shepperton Road, Victoria Park WA 6100. The promotion is governed by the laws of Western Australia, and each entrant agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Western Australia.
2. This campaign is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
3. Employees of the John Hughes Group and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
4. Participation is limited to one (1) entry per vehicle purchase. Multiple vehicle purchases by the same individual during the campaign period constitute separate eligible entries.

Campaign Period
5. The campaign commences at 9:00am (AWST) on 4^th May 2026 and closes at 6:00pm (AWST) on 30 June 2026.
6. Vehicle purchases must have a signed contract and deposit within the Campaign Period to be eligible. Vehicle delivery may occur after 30 June 2026.

How to Enter
7. To participate, eligible customers must purchase a new Volkswagen passenger or commercial vehicle from John Hughes Volkswagen during the Campaign Period.
8. Upon signing a valid purchase contract and payment of a deposit, the purchasing customer will choose one (1) physical key to attempt to unlock the campaign safe located at the John Hughes Volkswagen dealership, of 49 Shepperton Road, Victoria Park WA 6100.
9. The customer must attempt to unlock at the time of receiving the key. If the key unlocks the safe, the customer has provisionally won a prize, and can choose one of 8 vouchers (refer to “Prizes”). If the key does not unlock the safe, no prize is won. The prize will only be issued once the vehicle purchase is completed and delivery occurs.

Prizes
10. There are eight (8) prizes available during the Campaign Period.
11. Each prize consists of one (1) of the following, valued at AUD $1,000 (one thousand dollars): Woolworths voucher, Fuel voucher, JB Hi-Fi voucher, Crown Voucher, Flight Centre voucher, John Hughes Volkswagen Service voucher, John Hughes Volkswagen Accessories voucher, $1,000 off your new vehicle purchase.
12. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods or services outside of those specified.
13. The total prize pool for this campaign is AUD $8,000.
14. Each prize is available until it has been claimed. Once all eight (8) prizes have been claimed, no further prizes are available regardless of remaining campaign time. 
15. Prize vouchers must be redeemed at John Hughes Volkswagen within ninety (90) days of the date of issue.

The Safe Mechanic
16. The safe mechanic is a game of chance. The odds of any individual key unlocking the safe depend on the number of remaining prizes and the number of remaining participants during the campaign, which cannot be predetermined.
17. The safe will be operated in the presence of dealership staff. All prize claims are subject to verification.

General Conditions
18. John Hughes Volkswagen reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this campaign at any time due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to supply issues, technical failures, or events of force majeure.
19. Any attempt to tamper with the safe, interfere with the campaign mechanic, or otherwise act fraudulently will result in immediate disqualification.
20. John Hughes Volkswagen’s decision on all matters relating to this campaign, including eligibility and prize allocation, is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
21. To the extent permitted by law, John Hughes Volkswagen excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this campaign.
22. Drive-away pricing applicable to eligible Volkswagen models as advertised during the Campaign Period. Drive-away pricing is a separate offer from Volkswagen Group Australia and is available at all authorised Volkswagen dealers. Pricing and model availability may vary.
