Great experience from walk in. Dealer Principal Dave was so informative and took time to work out my needs then on to Jules for help in selecting . Outstanding Customer Service I had such a wonderful experience with Juliano Joannides (Chery& Jaecoo department) From the moment I entered the showroom, he approached me with a lovely smile and made me feel very welcome. Well I bought a Subaru Forester just over a week ago from Paul Haddad, John Hughes salesman. Got up this morning and battery cactus. I rang Paul knowing battery is not covered by warranty and informed Paul of my plight. One hour later I have a new battery fitted from a really nice technician and back on the road no charge. Thanks Paul, technician but don't know his name and John Hughes. Impressive or what?
