Buying a near new used car (2025 MG4 Excite 51 - 14km) isn’t as straightforward as you would hope, the fact is it isn’t new, and there are some things that need to be negotiated. I found the car I wanted at John Hughes and salesperson Locklyn did everything possible to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I chose John Hughes based on reviews from the MG4 Australia Facebook Group and I can’t personally recommend Locklyn too highly as the salesperson at John Hughes you want to ask for by name.

What can I say. Decided to buy an Mg4 Urban so I live local in Mandurah and live 5 minutes from the Mandurah dealership so I sorted my finance out and got approved so already to purchase. Mg had a great special on the MG4 Urban but I only had 2 days to buy one at this great price. So Tuesday morning I rang the Mandurah dealership and let them know I wanted to buy a Black one and did they have stock or could they find me one?Well the answer was no they didn’t but could get me one in about 4 weeks but wouldn’t get the special price even if I went in that day and prepurchased, pretty much didn’t care.So got off the phone and rang Rockingham Mg well what a different attitude. Vince you are amazing at what you do from talking on the phone with Vince headed up to MG Rockingham and Vince was waiting and ready to help me. He found 2 black ones available so asked if I purchased today even if sale finished prior to handover would I get the special, his answer was yes that’s not a problem. To cut this story a bit shorter Vince and his boss got me sorted and I was driving away the next day….WOW What can I say amazing friendly customer service. AAAA+ Service
