Had a really great experience purchasing my new Ford from John Hughes Ford. The whole process was easy and straightforward, and they offered a good trade-in value for my Ford Everest Titanium. Natalie was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. She was friendly, helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. She also worked with me to get everything sorted within the finance arrangements I had already organised, which made the whole process much easier. I’ve now had the new car for a week and I’m really enjoying it. I also appreciated getting a check-in call yesterday to see how everything was going, followed by a service reminder today for the peace-of-mind service. It’s great to see the follow-up doesn’t stop once the car is delivered. Hopefully everything continues to go well, but based on my experience so far, I would definitely recommend John Hughes Ford to anyone looking to purchase a car.
