Mobile Service Co-Ordinator

John Hughes Mobile Service operates a fleet of Mobile Service vans covering the greater Perth metropolitan area, from Yanchep to Mandurah, servicing approximately 1000 vehicles every month. 

A Mobile Service Coordinator's responsibilities include taking bookings, coordinating the workload and job allocation for the fleet, and communicating with clients, technicians and fleet companies throughout the day. 

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following attributes: 

  • Excellent customer service with a high level of professionalism
  • Confident computer skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Be able to work well under pressure
  • The ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A willingness to learn new tasks
This is a busy, fast-paced role suited to a candidate with exceptional multitasking and time management skills, and would suit an applicant looking for a challenge. Previous experience in the automotive industry and/or a similar role would be an advantage.
