In most cases we can get you going again there and then. If you have a flat battery we can either jump start your car or install a new battery on the spot. If you have a flat tyre we can change it for you. Should you run out of fuel we will provide you with enough to get you to the nearest service station. We can even help you if you are locked out of your car (some vehicles exempt).
No matter what time of the day or night, 365 days a year, anywhere in the Perth metropolitan area, if we can’t get your car going again we will bring you a free loan car. Should our Roadside Assistance team not be able to get your car going and you authorise John Hughes to carry out the repairs we will give you a free loan car to use until your car is repaired.
If our Roadside Assistance team are unable to get your car going and you authorise John Hughes to carry out repairs, we will tow your car to the nearest John Hughes Service Centre for free of charge if it is within 20km’s.
If your vehicle is involved in an accident and you or your immediate family require the services of an ambulance we will cover your ambulance costs up to $120 per claim.
If your vehicle suffers a breakdown more than 100km from your home and can not be repaired, we will cover your emergency accommodation arrangements and costs up to $120 per claim.
If your car suffers a breakdown outside of the Perth metropolitan area and can not be repaired in under 48 hours we will assist with making rental car arrangements for your and cover costs up to $120 per claim (excluding petrol, kilometres traveled and insurance).
