Gold Club Membership Terms and Conditions

 

Membership

  1. You become a John Hughes Gold Club member by purchasing a pre-owned vehicle from John Hughes and joining up online within 60 days of delivery. The link to join will be sent to the email address which you provided at time of purchase. It is free to join and available to all pre-owned vehicle customers except those purchasing from our prestige yard. By joining you agree to the Gold Club membership terms and conditions, as updated from time to time.
  2. Memberships will be valid for an initial period of 13 months post vehicle delivery date and automatically renew for an additional 13 months each time your car has a scheduled service with John Hughes.
  3. If you fail to service a vehicle within a period of 13 months from either your original purchase date or your last service with John Hughes, your membership will automatically be cancelled.
  4. Memberships are not transferrable and are specific to you.
  5. Benefits cannot be exchanged for cash and are not valid with any other discount offers from John Hughes or affiliated partners, including manufacturers.
  6. We will notify you via email of the latest membership benefits and updates to our program. It is important that you keep your personal details up to date and any changes can be made by emailing: marketing@johnhughes.com.au
  7. John Hughes reserves the right to amend its terms and conditions and the benefits offered.

Redeemable Member Benefits

Members of the John Hughes Gold Club will enjoy access to the following benefits:

 

$50.00 discount on first service

  1. The offer must be redeemed within 13 months of the delivery date of a vehicle and is valid only for the first paid scheduled service on a vehicle purchased from John Hughes.
  2. Discount must be mentioned at the time of booking the vehicle. Failure to do so may result in the benefit being void.
  3. The offer is not valid for vehicles purchased from the John Hughes Prestige yard.

 

Tyres

  1. John Hughes is pleased to offer a 5% discount on tyres purchased from Tyreright Welshpool or John Hughes Tyres.
  2. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other tyre discount or promotional offer. Note this discount does not apply to the cost of any wheel balancing or alignment.

 

Free Wash and Vacuum with every service

John Hughes is pleased to offer all members when they get their car serviced a free wash and vacuum.

 

Free puncture repairs

  1. This offer is exclusive to vehicles purchased from John Hughes by the registered Gold Card Member and is applicable to passenger tyres only.

 

10% Discount on Parts and Accessories

  1. Members will receive a 10% discount on the Recommend Retail Price (RRP) on all parts and accessories sold by John Hughes.
  2. Excludes fleet vehicles.
  3. Discount does not include fitment or freight costs where applicable and is subject to availability.

 

Mobile Service

  1. $0 callout fee for the first time you use our mobile service technicians whilst having a current Gold Club status.
  2. Service multiple vehicles at the same time and receive $50 discount off all serviced vehicles.
  3. Excludes fleet vehicles and mobile service offers cannot be used in conjunction with each other.

 

Amendments to Benefits

The John Hughes Group advises members that benefits and the Gold Club rewards program are subject to change.  It is important that Members update their contact details by emailing marketing@johnhughes.com.au as important changes to benefits including limited time promotional offers from affiliate partners, exclusive to members, will be made by email.

 

How to Claim

To qualify and redeem your benefits, a valid John Hughes Gold Club digital membership card with your unique customer identifier barcode quoted when booking and presented at point of sale. Photos of John Hughes membership cards or printed copies of John Hughes membership cards will not be accepted.

 

Privacy and Communications 

  1. Privacy – We collect, use, disclose and store your personal information in accordance with the John Hughes Group Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.  A copy of the Group Privacy Policy can be found on the website; johnhughes.com.au or on request.  The John Hughes Group may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time.  Changes will be advised by email.
  2. By registering as a member you acknowledge that you understand and agree that we will collect, use, disclose and store your personal information in accordance with the Group Privacy Policy.
  3. Communications – without limiting any other provision of these Terms and Conditions, you agree that we may send you direct marketing communications via various channels and media (including but limited to) email, SMS, phone and mail where you have not opted out of the Gold Club membership program.
