At the recent annual Kia Motors Skills Cup in Seoul, South Korea, the pair managed a double podium finish. Jack and Denise both work tirelessly at John Hughes to deliver the very best outcomes for each and every client they see. It came as no shock as the pair left with a silver (Jack Rhodes) and bronze (Denise Smith) trophy, to showcase their outstanding efforts.
Jack and Denise won their way to the finals by defeating four other Australian finalists in a full-day competition in Sydney earlier this year. Another incredible achievement for our wonderful team.
In the Seoul finals, they were up against 46 contestants from 42 counties, all of whom were competing in a comprehensive range of disciplines. The competition tested their customer service skills through role-plays, theory, and video tests. Our incredible dual podium placement was the first of any country in the competition. We are so proud to have these incredible service advisors as a part of the John Hughes team.
