From the moment we entered the showroom, Juliano greeted us with a lovely smile and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for in a car and what suited our needs. Great experience from walk in. Dealer Principal Dave was so informative and took time to work out my needs then on to Jules for help in selecting . Jules was patient and kept me in the loop awaiting delivery, which was fast and without any issues . Drove away so happy and relieved I’d made the right choice . Go Chery , recommend highly 🙏

Outstanding Customer Service I had such a wonderful experience with Juliano Joannides (Chery& Jaecoo department) From the moment I entered the showroom, he approached me with a lovely smile and made me feel very welcome. Well I bought a Subaru Forester just over a week ago from Paul Haddad, John Hughes salesman. Got up this morning and battery cactus. I rang Paul knowing battery is not covered by warranty and informed Paul of my plight. One hour later I have a new battery fitted from a really nice technician and back on the road no charge. Thanks Paul, technician but don't know his name and John Hughes. Impressive or what?
