A Motoring Night to Remember

John Hughes Group was awarded the prestigious “Used Car Dealer of the Year” at last month’s Motor Trade Association’s Automotive Excellence Awards. This award recognizes businesses that are working tirelessly to adapt to the ever-changing landscape that our industry faces, focusing on customer service, training and development as well as adopting practices and strategies to ensure future business growth. John Hughes Group was also a finalist for “New Car Dealer of the Year”.

Additionally, John Hughes himself was the recipient of the highly prestigious “Life Award”. John was recognised for his total customer commitment and for his hands-on management approach. It is this approach that has led John Hughes staff to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.The awards night was held at the Crown Towers Ballroom and was hosted by one of Australia’s most famed car collectors Sam Newman. It was a memorable evening which recognised and celebrated Western Australia’s most innovative and proactive businesses, along with their hard-working employees and apprentices. The awards celebrated the outstanding achievements made by organisations, teams and individuals in the automotive industry throughout the year.
